We had
the pleasure of seating down and interviewing Linda, here is that
session:
Q: Linda, tell us about your personal contributions to Transcription
Plus, LLC.
A: I am a conscientious worker. I put dedication and effort into
my daily work assignments. Q:
How do you describe your work style?
A: I am a hard worker and I take what I do seriously. When something
has to be completed – I complete it. I’m always mindful
of deadlines, but at the same time I focus on the details and
quality of my work.
Q: That sounds very productive. How would a good friend describe
you?
A: A good friend would describe me as honest, hard-working, compassionate
and always willing to go above and beyond to help someone out.
Q: What do you like about living in this area?
A: I have lived in this area for over 30 years and I like the
fact that my family is close by. My son Brian is married and lives
in New York. My daughter Kelly is married and lives in South Windsor,
CT. Our house is pretty quiet now, but we do have our 11 year
old Sheltie, Mandy.
Q: Outside of your career, what goals have you set for yourself?
A: One of our goals is to build up our savings.
Q: What does success mean to you?
A: Success means setting goals and reaching and accomplishing
those goals. Success is being recognized for my contributions
and hard work. Success means being happy and doing what I love
every day.
Q: Tell me about your hobbies and interests outside of work.
A: I love to read and cross stitch. Of course I also love playing
with our Sheltie, Mandy.
Q: What motivates you?
A: I am motivated by a desire to do a good job, no matter how
big or small the task is. I want to excel and be successful in
my job, both for my employer and for my personal satisfaction.
Q: Do you consider yourself a compassionate person and why?
A: Yes, I consider myself a compassionate person. I look to put
others’ needs ahead of mine, especially as a mother. I am
always putting my children’s needs and wants ahead of mine.
I am a good listener and can express appreciation for others.
Q: If you could accomplish one thing
this year, what would it be?
A: We have a household project that we are working on! We are
replacing all of our windows ourselves, so it would be really
great if we could get this completed this year. |
